Thesis
3 September 2020: 'You only live twice: Gene expression regulation in hematopoiesis and T cells', University of Amsterdam, Promotores: Prof R.A.W. van Lier MD PhD and M.C. Wolkers PhD
Research interests
I am part of a research group investigating the post transcriptional regulation of cytokines in context of tumour microenvironment, and more specifically focusing on Interferon Gamma regulation. I aim at better understanding the immune blockage happening in cancer and T-cell (TILs) therapies, with an outlook on possible medical application.
Technology
- Conventional and Imaging flow cytometry and cell sorting
- Culture and differentiation of T-cells in vitro
- Quantitative PCR, Western blotting
- Melanoma mouse models
