7th Sanquin Spring Seminar 'Innovative cellular approaches for transfusion medicine'
The Sanquin Spring Seminars series is directed towards medical professionals, researchers and professionals from blood banks and pharmaceutical and biotech companies. The 2019 Spring Seminar 'Innovative cellular approaches for transfusion medicine' will be organised on 5 April.
As scientific committee we are pleased that we were able to find so many eminent scientists as key note speakers willing to present at this years' one-day event. These keynote lectures (confirmed) will be given by Matthew Porteus (Stanford), Ash Toye (Bristol), Kathleen Freeson (Leuven), Cedric Ghevaert (Cambridge), Gerald de Haan (Groningen) and Paul Frenette (New York).
Besides these keynote speakers oral presentations will be given based on selected abstracts.
Furthermore - especially for PhD students and post docs - on the Thursday before the Spring Seminar a masterclass will be given by Matthew Porteus (Stanford University School of Medicine, USA) and Paul Frenette (Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, USA) to be followed by a poster session based on selected abtracts.
Deadline for abstract submission is 28 January 2019.
