Human IgG monoclonal antibodies
Sanquin offers IgG monoclonal reagents against human IgG subclasses. The origin of the antibodies is mouse.
The (ion)chromatographically purified immunoglobulin fractions can be ordered unlabeled or horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated.
The antibody concentration is approximately 1 mg/ml for unlabeled antibodies and 0.5 mg/ml for HRP-labeled antibodies.
- IgG1, IgG2 and IgG3 do not cross-react with IgG molecules of goat, horse, pig, rabbit and sheep.
- IgG4 does not cross-react with IgG molecules of rabbit, but does cross-react with IgG molecules of goat and sheep.
- IgG2 does cross-react with bovine IgG molecules.
