Receiving and administering blood products and related personal data for diagnostic testing; conducting diagnostic testing and administering all procedures and results; reporting results of the conducted tests to the practioner and storing these results

At the request of a practioner or health institution, Diagnostics conducts, after receiving the to be tested products and personal data, diagnostics tests, including the logging of activities and followed procedures and, stores the resulting test results and reports these to the practioner.

Validating, calibrating and testing diagnostic equipment for Diagnostics and on behalf of third parties

Diagnostics validates, calibrates and test its diagnostics equipment and these of third parties for which she uses blood products to safeguard that the equipment functions according to its specifications.

Scientific research or statistical purposes; storing and delivering of unique/ rare types of blood products, for scientific research

Diagnostics conducts research medical scientific purposes. We can also use the data for statistical purposes.

Handling of and dealing with complaints and incidents

Things do not always turn out as expected. Diagnostics registers complaints so that they can be dealt with as effectively as possible. In some cases we have to notify the IGJ on the incident.

Maintaining contact with associates such as suppliers and customers for topics such as invoicing and conducting customer satisfaction surveys

Diagnostics maintains contact with associates such as suppliers and customers as part of an ongoing relation, but also to be able to charge them for conducted services or pay its bills. It processes the personal data on the basis of:
